Produce in a small farm in Taiwan, this homemade soy sauce (2000 bottles / year) is totally natural:
This is a product of fermentation of seeds in soy with a sea salt (and is all!) In the jars in terra cotta between 6 months and 1 under the action of the sun. We then dilated one shot (1L for 60kg of soy).
This soy sauce is unparalleled on the market because it is not diluted in place of the remaining sauces: diluted with plenty of additives or flavor enhancers or sauces prepared in Japanese, sometimes quality but unlike soy and wheat with salt water.
This product was selected by Slow Food as a rare product of the world's culinary heritage to protect. This is the only soy sauce in the world to benefit from this privilege! This soy sauce was tasted by great chefs unanimously on its organoleptic qualities.
