-One Zaatar (50g). Composed of thyme, oregano, sesame seeds and sumac, zaatar is a Lebanese specialty, which is found in many dishes in the Middle East, such as feta salad with, pita bread, omelettes, eggplant caviar... We also can sprinkle the hummus but its use can be very creative in the kitchen outside the recipes of Eastern Mediterranean.
-One Chimichurri from Argentina (25g). The Chimichurri is a spice blend from Argentina composed of garlic, oregano, parsley, coriander and pepper. It's an ideal seasoning for red meat. It can be used either as a marinade, or directly sprinkled on meat on the barbecue, or even incorporate it directly into a Chimichurri sauce in the argentine tradition.
-One Smoked paprika (50g). Smoked paprika is a spice made from peppers. The peppers are air-dried wood fire and then ground. Its use is essential in Spanish cuisine (pulpo a la gallega, patatas bravas...).
