Founded by Paul Vautrin, the (SUR LES QUAIS) store was a pioneer purveyor of fine foods bringing together rare and precious products,
impossible to source in France, under one roof.
Since it opened, it has sold a selection of olive oils, on tap, in authentic bottles and the most exceptional fresh products from the finest cuisines around the world. Food-lovers travel right across Paris to sample the olive pastes (tapenades)!

Today the store still offers a unique selection of oils, spices and other exceptional fine foods and has become a much-appreciated taste 'laboratory' for restaurant owners and foodies in search of delicious and healthy products.
