SEL FUME VIKING Viking Smoked Salt Recipes

Mushrooms tartare with smoked salt

  • 1 pinch of smoked salt on roasted sausages served with mashed potatoes
  • 1 pinch of smoked salt on hoummos toasts
  • 1 pinch of smoked salt on lemon marinated anchovies
  • 1 pinch of smoked salt on a shrimp salad

Recipe for 4 servings

Dice 500g of button mushrooms after rinsing them under cold running water and patting them dry.

In a bowl, mix diced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of Japanese soy sauce, 5cl of olive oil, 6 chopped basil leaves and 1 tablespoon of pine kernels.

Add generous amount of pepper, mix well and serve straight away on a dish, a cooking ring or a small bowl.

Add 1 small pinch of smoked fleur de sel and a little grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
