"Terroirs d'huiles", a selection of olive oils rigorously selected by the experts of SUR LES QUAIS and coming from the best olive trees around the Mediterranean
Olives pressed in the strictest tradition using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction, no filtration.
Each 50cl bottle is accompanied by a tasting card that allows everyone to learn to differentiate them and suggests associations and agreements in cooking.
