Containing 3 bottles of 37,5cl: 2 extra virgin olive oils and 1 premium balsamic vinegar
Baslamic Vinegar of Modena "Grande Réserve"(Italy) - 37,5cl : This vinegar is produced near Modena. It benefits from the IGP designation which guarantees a minimum rate of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, as well as an aging of at least 2 months in oak barrels. What is important to underline is the proportion of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar which is 60/40. The vinegar is produced exclusively from the grapes of the property. The grape must must be in the majority. No caramel, nor any coloring.
Extra virgin olive oil DISISA (Sicily, Italy) - 37,5cl: A fiery oil, supple and full in the mouth. Excellent to enhance a fresh soup or to season grilled or oven-roasted fish, it is also well suited to flavour salads and antipasti. Feudio Disisa in Particino (Sicily) produces, on about 50 hectares, a remarkable and typical Sicilian oil. Feudo Disisa offers to those who wish to undertake an imaginary journey to Sicily and discover the unique characteristics of this land. In the mouth, Azienda Disisa oil develops a very elegant combination of nuances: cut grass, green apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral notes.
Variety of olives used: Cerasuola.
Hand-picked olives - Cold extraction - No filtration, only decantation.
Extra virgin olive oil AGALMA (Crete, Greece) - 37,5cl: Extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Agalma Sitia is a blend of artisanal oils produced in the region of Pediada in the center of the island and rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of the olive tree, in particular the Psisolia cultivar: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind blowing from the Aegean Sea, water reserve from the mountains above for the irrigation of the olive trees. The result is a fruity green oil, smooth with the scent of artichoke and almond, very slightly bitter, light and easy to digest. It can be eaten with your salads, in pastries and in frying.
Varieties of olives used: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal and Cordovil
