ESPELETTE CHILI OIL (France) - 37,5cl: We let fresh Espelette pepper infuse for several days to obtain this delicately spicy oil. It excels on pasta, cooked tomato sauce, pizzas, antipasti and all the dishes that you want to spice up with chilli.
BASIL OIL (Italy) - 37,5cl: The maceration of fresh basil in olive oil gives an inimitable taste to this olive oil from Sicily. It is excellent with tomatoes (and mozzarella), salads, vegetables and steamed fish.
TRUFFLE OLIVE OIL (Italy) - 37,5cl: We have selected among dozens of samples, this white truffle-scented olive oil from Italy. Excellent to flavour your pasta, potatoes, fish or to spice up a risotto. We recommend using it at the end of cooking to avoid altering its aromas.
