White Penja pepper from Cameroon: a great pepper from a small production, subtle and warm, it gives a refined and unique flavor to all your dishes.
Black Voatsiperifery pepper from Madagascar: a soft and aromatic pepper. It is perfect for vegetables and white meats.
Timut pepper from Nepal: a "false" pepper which gives strong notes of grapefruit and candied citrus fruits, with notes of lime and combava. It is ideal for flavoring fish and seafood.
