This pâté is made from Gascon black pork (artisanal breeding and species supported by the Slow Food movement) and spiced with Espelette pepper. It is perfect for an aperitif with a good quality bread.
Made directly on the farm by the farmer, Pierre Matayron, in the Gers in Occitania. Specialized in the breeding of pork and beef Gascon, the animals are raised in a natural way in the open air and fed with the production of the field, pate guaranteed without GMO.
