The oil Azienda Le Vigne BIO in Montenero d'Orcia (Tuscany) is a delicate and sweet oil that becomes fiery and peppery at the end. It is particularly delicious with antipasti, raw or cooked vegetables that it strongly enhances, grilled fish....
