Combava is a green citrus fruit from the island of Sumbaw near Bali. It is widely used in Thai cuisine to flavor a broth, sauce or marinade. This powder is made from dried combava zest, which has a more complex flavor than the combava leaves more commonly found in the market. This combava zest powder brings a fruity flavor and grapefruit notes to your preparations, but also notes of coriander and ginger.
