Chimichurri is traditional Argentinian blend used with red meat cooked on the BBQ
Chimichurri is a blend of spices from Argentina made of herbs and chili. It is an ideal seasoning for red meats. In Argentina and Uruguay, chimichurri is used as a condiment to with asado (grilled meats).
Ingredients: Herbs from the maquis (immortelle, rosemary, myrtle, thyme), shallots, green pepper.
