Disisa – Sicily, Italy (100 ml)
A bold and generous Sicilian olive oil, both supple and full-bodied. Perfect for elevating a fresh soup or drizzling over grilled or oven-roasted fish. It also adds wonderful flavor to salads and antipasti.
Kanakis – Peloponnese, Greece (100 ml)
A quintessential Greek olive oil — smooth, mild, and free of acidity, with fresh green olive notes. Ideal for dressing raw vegetables and seasoning grilled or roasted fish.
JM Cornille – Baux-de-Provence, France (100 ml)
An exceptional extra virgin olive oil showcasing the fruité noir (ripe fruit) style typical of Provence. Its complex aromas evoke truffle, sourdough bread, and cooked artichoke.
Grande Réserve Balsamic Vinegar – Modena, Italy
Produced near Modena and certified PGI, this balsamic vinegar contains a minimum of 60% concentrated grape must and 40% wine vinegar, aged for at least two months in oak barrels.
Made exclusively from estate-grown grapes — with no caramel or added coloring — it’s rich, balanced, and deeply aromatic.
Aulente White Condiment – Monferrato, Italy
Unlike its famous cousin, traditional balsamic vinegar, this white condiment is crafted from white vinegar and aromatic grape musts from the Montferrat region. The must is briefly cooked and not aged, then filtered for a beautiful clarity.
Milder and less acidic than traditional balsamic, it’s ideal for salads, cold dishes, sauces, fish, and white meats.
