Learn More:

Shiho no Shizuku is an unpasteurized soy sauce, known in Japan as “nama shoyu.” Thanks to this process, it preserves the full richness of its natural enzymes, offering an intense umami taste, a smooth, velvety texture, and a refined aromatic profile marked by subtle woody notes. It pairs wonderfully with the most delicate dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tofu, or steamed vegetables.

Shiho no Shizuku soy sauce is produced by the Shibanuma household, a historic Japanese artisan founded in 1688 during the Edo period, in Ibaraki Prefecture, north of Tokyo. Even today, the 18th generation of the Shibanuma family continues this ancestral know-how, following traditional production methods that guarantee a soy sauce of remarkable quality.
