Produced in the south of France, in the heart of the Côte Vermeille wine region, it is aged in oak barrels using a traditional method inspired by the solera system.
This rare vinegar is the result of carefully controlled oxidation of Banyuls wine (made from Grenache Noir grapes). It develops complex, woody, and fruity notes, blending the essence of sweet wine with hints of dried fruits, cocoa, and spices. A true reflection of a unique coastal terroir.
