Our hazelnut oil has an exceptional taste. It is made from roasted hazelnuts crushed with a stone grinder and then slowly pressed. This hazelnut oil goes perfectly with salads and raw vegetables, steamed fish, scallops, starches or fresh goat cheese sprinkled with chopped chives. In pastry it is exceptional in a cream or associated with melted chocolate.
