Mint Olive Oil
Mint flavored olive oil - 20cl
This mint-flavored olive oil comes from a micro-farm located in Sicily that we know particularly well.
To make this oil, the olives are pressed in the strictest tradition, using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction and no filtration. In order to flavor this oil, mint is added whole and pressed with the olives at the time of extraction. This natural method extracts the essence of the mint and gives the oil an undeniable freshness and depth.
This mint olive oil brings an amazing aromatic bouquet to a tabbouleh, tomatoes, orange salad, strawberries or in a chocolate cake.
