Our pistachio oil has a deep greenish-brown color and a very strong and long-lasting aroma. It is an ideal oil for seasoning, it goes perfectly with raw vegetables, grated carrots, endives, green beans, avocados, asparagus. It can be used as is or combined with a quality vinegar such as balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar. It can also be used with cooked dishes such as poached fish fillets or scallops. Finally, in dessert it goes very well with a strawberry salad, or associated with apple and pear.
