Asciano olive oil is a family oil: passed down from generation to generation, the estate is managed by Maria Teresa and Paola Asciano, who cultivate more than 17,000 olive trees on 70 hectares. The farm's century-old olive trees bear witness to the historical roots of the farm, which has been producing oil for 800 years. This wonderful olive grove allows the production of an exceptional oil based on passion, culture and tradition.

On the palate, Asciano oil has an intense and very vegetal attack completed by fruity and floral notes of jasmine. This oil of character with a thick texture will sublimate your raw or cooked summer vegetables, antipasti or even a plate of cheese.
