This Kampot pepper from Cambodia is a great reference of peppers. Green pepper is obtained by harvesting very young berries from the black pepper tree. Less spicy than black pepper, it is fine and fragrant. We offer it here in a fermented version with salt. Spicy and powerful, it is used as a condiment, its taste is very close to fresh green pepper.

Kampot pepper, from the province of the same name in southern Cambodia, was the first Cambodian agricultural product to obtain a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) in 2010. This testifies to the greatness and quality of this exceptional pepper.
