Sarawak pepper is a great classic of black pepper, originating from the island of Borneo in Malaysia. This rare and precious pepper is both fresh and fruity and is suitable for both savory and sweet dishes. In cooking it goes very well with boiled eggs, fish such as red mullet or sea bream as well as with oven roasted poultry served with a creamy sauce.

Sarawak black pepper is a classic of the pepper family (Piper Nigrum variety). Dominated by wild aromas of musk and grilled meats. In the mouth, this pepper offers a powerful attack as well as long woody notes.
