Set of 3 vinegars:
BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA - 37,5cl (Italy): produced for SUR LES QUAIS, proportion of concentrated grape must used to make this balsamic vinegar, which is about 60%, which gives this gastronomic product an exceptional aromatic intensity. Here, no caramel, nor any coloring. The vinegar is produced exclusively for SUR LES QUAIS from grapes of Modena and benefits from the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP Modena) .
BALSAMIC CONDIMENT TIMUT PEPPER AND COMBAVA - 37,5cl (Portugal): Timut Bay and Combava give our vinegar fresh and acidulous citrus notes (pink grapefruit, ...).
PERFUMED WINE WITH PENJA PEPPER - 37,5cl (Portugal): The white pepper of Penja brings fresh and herbaceous notes to this vinegar. It is very useful to spice up raw vegetables, cooked vegetables (asparagus, ...) or to deglaze the juices of a pan-fried meat.
