Balsamic Vinegar, Grande Reserve
This vinegar is produced near Modena in Italy. It has the IGP designation which guarantees a minimum proportion of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, as well as a minimum of 2 months aging in oak barrels. The vinegar is produced exclusively from the grapes of the property. No caramel, no coloring.
Acidity: 6%.
