Located in Quinta do Prado, Acushla olive oil was born from a man's passion for olive cultivation. In the heart of the Douro valley on a land of more than 200 hectares, Joaquim Moreira cultivates his olive trees in an organic way. This olive oil appears as particular due to the characteristics of the terroir and the blending of four Portuguese olive varieties.
This olive oil is ideal on fennel, pear and parmesan salads, grilled salmon or goat cheese thanks its vegetal and almond notes
