Sweet oil with a strong ripe olive taste, for lovers / amateurs of the scent of black olives. Shamlal and Lamli olive blend. This oil is particularly suitable for all Maghreb recipes (tajines, couscous or Berber salads). A SUR LES QUAIS exclusive.
Olive oil is produced only by mechanical processes - Bouira origin (Algeria). In Kabilya, a region located in the northeast of Algeria, olive trees grow naturally, without fertilizers, pesticides or insecticides thanks to the nature of the soil and the ideal climate. That’s why "K" olive oil appears unique by its flavours and aromas

J'adore cette huile. Elle est juste un peu moins "condensée" que celles que j'ai pu apprécier en Algérie (plusieurs séjours en Kabylie). Normalement, lorsque j'habitais sur Paris, des amis me donnaient quelques litres/an. Mon éloignement géographique et la conjoncture (mauvaises récoltes en Kabylie + restrictions de déplacements dû au COVID, d'où difficulté pour la diaspora d'en rapporter). Elle reste néanmoins délicieuse et répond à mes attentes !
