Infused Vinegars
Cardamom-Infused Vinegar
This vinegar reveals fresh, tangy notes. Cardamom, grown in India and Guatemala, is often associated with spiced breads — but here it brings zesty, camphor-like aromas and a hint of lychee on the finish.
Versatile and aromatic, it’s ideal for raw vegetables, salads, and especially delicious with sweet-and-savory combinations — even with strawberries!
Balsamic Condiment Infused with Timut Pepper & Kaffir Lime (Combava)
One of the most popular creations by SUR LES QUAIS. This unique balsamic condiment combines premium aged balsamic vinegar with macerated Timut pepper and kaffir lime leaves.
The result: bright, citrusy notes (like pink grapefruit) with a zesty kick. A fantastic match for summer salads and an excellent way to enhance marinades.
Lapsang Souchong Tea-Infused Vinegar
This vinegar is infused with Lapsang Souchong, a Chinese smoked black tea. It imparts a subtle natural smokiness to your dishes — perfect for salads, barbecue sauces, or deglazing meats like duck, beef, or poultry.
Infused Olive Oils
Basil-Infused Olive Oil
Made by a small-scale farm in Sicily that we know and trust well. Olives are pressed using traditional, natural methods: sustainable farming, mechanical processes only, cold extraction, and no filtration.
Fresh basil is macerated directly in extra virgin olive oil, producing a uniquely fragrant oil — perfect with tomatoes (and mozzarella), salads, steamed vegetables, and fish.
White Truffle-Infused Olive Oil
Lightly infused with white truffle, this olive oil adds an elegant touch to any dish. We selected it from dozens of samples across Italy for its delicate yet distinctive truffle aroma.
Ideal for enhancing mashed potatoes, purées (soubise), pasta, risotto, fish — best used at the end of cooking to preserve its rich aroma.
