BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA - 37.5cl (Italy): produced for SUR LES QUAIS, the proportion of concentrated grape must used to make this balsamic vinegar is about 60%, which gives this gastronomic product an exceptional aromatic intensity. Here, no caramel, nor any coloring. The vinegar is produced exclusively for SUR LES QUAIS from grapes of Modena and benefits from the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP Modena) .
BALSAMIC CONDIMENT TIMUT PEPPER AND COMBAVA - 37,5cl (Portugal): Timut pepper and Combava give our vinegar fresh and acidulous citrus notes (pink grapefruit, ...).
BALSAMIC CONDIMENT WITH YUZU - 37,5cl (Portugal): This balsamic cream is associated with yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit close to the lemon which gives it delicious acidulous notes. This vinegar will enhance your salads, your sweet and savory dishes as well as your vinaigrettes.
